Return Policy
RETURNS:
The Pilates Pro Chair offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receipt of shipment to return your machine, no questions asked.
If you wish to process a return, please contact Customer Service at support@pilatesprochair.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number, which needs to be included with your return in order to receive a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Only returns processed through our system will be accepted and all returns need to be in its original condition and shipping box.
Once the return is received and processed, a refund will be issued (less shipping and handling charges).
