What is covered by the limited warranty?
The Pilates PRO Chair™ MAX machine is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Please note, normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered. This warranty covers all machine parts and accessories for six consecutive months from the date of purchase. Consult the printed Limited Manufacturing Warranty for full details.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is offered on all orders within the U.S. Please note that international shipping is currently not available.
How much space does the Pilates Pro Chair require?
The fully assembled chair has a compact footprint and only requires approximately 30 inches by 30 inches of space, making it ideal for home use.
Can beginners use the Pilates Pro Chair?
Absolutely. The Pilates Pro Chair is designed to be safe and accessible for all fitness levels, including beginners. No prior Pilates experience is necessary.

Shipping policy
Orders Ship within 3-7 Days!
All Ground packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
*Orders with a subtotal over $90 will receive FREE standard shipping within the Continental U.S.
Orders shipped to PO boxes may not be delivered due to the size of the Pilates PRO Chair™ MAX package.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, email support@pilatesprochair.com with your order number, name, address, and phone number. Once confirmed with our support team, they will email you your Return Authorization Number and the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pilatesprochair.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pilatesprochair.com and we will provide the return shipping address and Return Authorization Number. Please attach or write your RA# on the package. Note, we do not cover shipping costs for exchange requests.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to set up your Pilates PRO Chair™ MAX
Setting up and storing your Pilates Pro Chair Max with sculpting handles is easy and convenient. Watch the video guide from QVC for an easy step by step visual or review the manual and steps listed below.

Opening Your Pilates Pro Chair™ MAX

Unlock the chair legs by pressing the black Leg Safety Lock button.

While pressing the Leg Safety Lock button, push down on the seat to unfold it.

Release the floor pad by removing the Foot Board Pin.

Release the foot pedals by removing the Pedal locking Pin.

Secure the pedal locking pin for safe keeping

Attach the springs from their resting position underneath the seat.

Adjust resistance to desired levels by moving the springs to different levels.
Closing Your Pilates Pro Chair
Return the Springs to their resting position, by first detaching the G or J hooked ends first. Then remove the circle end of the springs.

Remove the leg Safety lock by pressing the Leg Safety Lock knob located on the underside of the seat.

With the Leg Safety Lock in the unlocked position fold the chair by pushing on the front legs.

Return the floor pad to its upright position and reinsert to Foot Board Pin.
How to attach the sculpting handles

Remove the small handles by pushing in the Handle lock button and pulling the handle until it is removed

Insert the Tower handles until you hear a click.

Place the small handles on the top of the sculpting handles until you hear a click which indicates it has been properly fastened.
How to connect and disconnect foot pedals

Locate the black toggle knob at the end of the foot pedals, push in and turn the knob counterclockwise to release the pedals and disconnect the single pedal position.

To reconnect, align the pedals, push the black toggle knob in, and turn the toggle knob clockwise to connect the split pedals into one.
