I received chair & took out of box, but due to health issues I didn’t finish. I’ve now worked on getting to use it & I’ve spent hours. Trying to get the springs of of their storage positions under the seat & I just can not move those springs. The chair is mostly useless. I’ve sent emails to their support, was given a phone #, but I can’t get thru to anyone.
This is my 2nd Pilates Pro Chair. I purchased the first one from QVC 10 years ago and used it almost every day until the weld finally broke after 10 years of faithful service. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get a replacement and was overjoyed when I found it on the internet. I am 75 and believe using this chair has kept me healthy and fit physically and mentally. And just as important as the chair itself, the Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced.

I received my chair but it was damaged. The back stabilizer pin loop was bent and one of the loops that the spring goes through is tight so that you have to fight to get it in or out. They are making me jump through hoops. I wanted to return it or, at the VERY least, not pay full price for it. They want to do zoom calls, I've texted, sent photos of the damaged areas but it is not enough for them.
