This is my 2nd Pilates Pro Chair. I purchased the first one from QVC 10 years ago and used it almost every day until the weld finally broke after 10 years of faithful service. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get a replacement and was overjoyed when I found it on the internet. I am 75 and believe using this chair has kept me healthy and fit physically and mentally. And just as important as the chair itself, the Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced.
great chair and customer service
I received my chair but it was damaged. The back stabilizer pin loop was bent and one of the loops that the spring goes through is tight so that you have to fight to get it in or out. They are making me jump through hoops. I wanted to return it or, at the VERY least, not pay full price for it. They want to do zoom calls, I've texted, sent photos of the damaged areas but it is not enough for them.

I have not received it. It was erroneously sent to Anchorage Alaska on January 15 after arriving in my city of Louisville ky. I live in an area of Louisville called Anchorage Ky. (40223). We had the snow storm and I have not received it.
