How long have you been doing Pilates?
Dani: About 10 years!
What do you love about Pilates?
Dani: As a dancer, when I found Pilates, it was like it spoke my language! It was such a natural progression for me. The first time I did Pilates, I knew I wanted to do it for a living. It creates a space, strength and flexibility in the body unlike any other form of exercise.
What is your best Pilates advice?

What is your favorite thing about the Pilates Pro Chair?
Dani: The Pilates Pro Chair is honestly my favorite Pilates apparatus. It helped me discover my Transverse muscle (the base of the core). It brought my practice to the next level. I also love that I leave it out in my living room. I’m the type of person where if I don’t see it, I don’t do it. I love seeing my Pro Chair, it's like a private invitation to do what I love every day!
